Commission & Custom Work Terms

Timeline - Commissioned work requires a minimum of 3 months for completion, beginning after design approval, quote confirmation, and deposit payment. The exact timeline will be confirmed prior to receiving the deposit.
Process - The creation process is intuitive, and exact sketches or maquettes are not provided. Clients may reference previous works for inspiration, with the understanding that the final piece will be unique and not an identical reproduction.
Payment & Shipping - The remaining balance and shipping costs are due before delivery. Shipping can be arranged using the client’s carrier account or billed via UPS or DHL. Additional charges will apply if a custom crate is required.
Trade Discount - Eligible trade professionals receive 10% off the quoted price, automatically applied to the invoice.
